I have seen tattooing over scars, and it really doesn't seem to work.
Two tattoo artists verified that scar tissue takes tattooing very
poorly. My husband (a coffee toned sort of fellow) has a very old
scar which is the same color as unscarred skin, but it's glossy, like
scar tissue is. It's going to take quite a while for your skin to
repigment.

Please understand that henna didn't harm you, PPD that was added to
your paste hurt you!
